- You must be a licensed driver to be eligible to be licensed as a forklift driver in Nebraska.
- Post training, there is an Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) final exam that you must pass in order to be licensed in Nebraska for driving a forklift.
- You are required to pass with a 70% grade in order to be certified.
- You must be re-licensed to drive a forklift every three years and carry the wallet card to prove that you are eligible when you are engaged in operation of a forklift.
